Orientation Details

At Bellarine Children’s Centre we aim to work with each individual child and their family to make this transition as smooth and happy as possible. Each family will be provided with the parent handbook.

Prior to commencement of care parents and children are encouraged to visit and spend time becoming familiar with the Centre and meeting the educator's. On commencing care, parents are encouraged to spend time with their child and to telephone the Centre as often as they feel necessary.

The settling process can vary greatly in length for different children and parents. Please feel free to exchange information with educator's as to how it is going for both you and your child. Only under extenuating circumstances will we enrol your child without adequate orientation.

Under no circumstances will we allow your child to commence care without all appropriate forms completed, including immunisation records and lawful authority orders.
